TIME
Time is the most important and invisible piece of our existence. With it, we measure everything from the briefest second when two gazes meet to our greatest personal achievements. Yet, these are nothing more than moments, moments we’re so preoccupied with fitting between the hands of a clock that we’ve forgotten how to look and remember each other’s eyes or the path that led to such personal triumphs.
Time is ephemeral, slipping through our fingers like Dali’s melting clocks. Barely a second passes, and it’s already in the past, while the next second remains mere plans and illusion. Caught between remembering what we’ve lived and planning what’s yet to come, we’re forgetting to understand the here and now, to savor this time so full of presence.
Time is a collection that seeks to evoke the illusion of its “presence,” that rabbit emerging from the hat, an existence that doesn’t truly exist, but is only the here and now, urging us to awaken and build ourselves as we truly deserve.
